What fandom with a series finale was most appropriate/most satisfying. Bonus: What about it would you have changed, if anything?

I always live in dread of series finales because the show gets canceled and they have to rush the ending. Here's my list of the ones that worked for me.

due South got the best, happiest finale, I think. Seeing Fraser and Ray go off on a dogsled was both funny and fitting.

Sense8 was deeply satisfying. They rescued Wolfgang!!! And the cluster came together in such an awesome way.

Both M*A*S*H and Firefly broke my heart but wrapped up with powerful stories. (I will never get over Wash's death. EVER.)

ST:TNG was...weird but hopeful and (most of) the films were good.

I wouldn't change much about any of these shows except Wash. That was just...they didn't need to break my heart that way.

I was thinking the same thing! I really loved that show and I'm so glad they got a great finale. :D

Losing Wash hurt a lot, not gonna lie. That was a gut punch. ::fistbump of solidarity::

Sense8 was brilliant from start to finish :) So glad they got the extra movie to tie up the loose ends - and the Xmas special :)

I really wish they'd had the five seasons they needed to tell the whole story but the special and the movie did a lot to make up for it. :D
