esteefee and I finished the import of No More Tears by ![[archiveofourown.org profile]](https://p2.dreamwidth.org/b164c54b26e4/-/archiveofourown.org/favicon.ico)
sardonicsmiley. We hand imported over 200 works in 32 fandoms (lots of crossovers!) with more than 25 pairings and 14 series. Quite a body of work.
To be clear, when sardonicsmiley left the fandom, she left ownership of her works todossier. When Dossier passed away last year, her estate handed over control of sardonicsmiley's works to me. With no way to access the No More Tears website, the only option to preserve it was to move it to AO3.
Which we did. By hand. Gladly.
Although to be honest, I have a thumping headache and I'm sureesteefee's eyeballs hurt like the dickens.
I couldn't have done it without esteefee's help. Not only did she import more than half of the works herself, she found shortcuts and programs that helped me speed up on my end. If not for her, I'd still be there and it wouldn't be done until next year.
